Who we are
Patwave Technology (“Patwave”, “we”) builds websites, apps, software and AI solutions for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through patwave.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to swapcp.1000@gmail.com.
Information you give us
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- AI consultation form (on AI Solutions): your name, business name, email address or phone number, industry, and the description of what you'd like to automate.
- Project requirements form: business and contact details, answers about your website requirements, and any files you upload (such as logos, brochures or documents).
- Contact page: this form doesn't send anything to our servers. It opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, and what you send is then handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Please don't send passwords, payment card details, or health or other sensitive personal information through these forms.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, understand your requirements, prepare proposals and estimates, and deliver any work you ask us to do. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Where it is stored and who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run this website:
- Supabase stores form submissions and uploaded files in a private database and storage that only our authenticated team can access.
- Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly, aggregated visitor analytics.
- Google serves the fonts used on this site. If we connect a Google Sheet to manage enquiries, a copy of form submissions is also kept there.
These providers process information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside India.
Information stored in your browser
We don't use advertising cookies. Your browser may store small preferences, such as light or dark mode, and an in-progress draft of the project requirements form so you don't lose your answers. These stay on your device and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it's needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship and any related legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've shared with us, or withdraw your consent to us using it, by emailing swapcp.1000@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
We use access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No method of storing or transmitting data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
